I’ve always loved Libera’s contribution to the soundtrack for The Greatest Miracle, and recently obtained the CD. The liner notes reminded me of how grateful I am to all of the families of the boys in Libera. You’ve definitely earned a loud and long applause (can you hear it?) for all of your dedication, sacrifice, shuttling boys back and forth to rehearsals, and missing them on holidays and breaks. Libera truly does a stellar job when you consider: they travel more than the average cathedral choir, include choreography, sing without music, and do it all without the advantage of a boarding school regimen – this is all outside of school. And thank you for choosing a group whose music promotes faith and wisdom (Psalm 119:9; Prov. 4:10-12; 1:7-9). And boys, please respect and honor your parents for allowing you to be a part of something wonderful and healthy for your soul. Praying for the best in the Philippines and S. Korea!
