I thought my concert going days were over. A lifetime spent working in noisy environments and listening to loud music has damaged my hearing and I suffer from tinnitus. After having to leave concert venues early due to the pain caused by the volume, I decided enough was enough and live music was a thing of the past for me. Then I discovered Libera. I found the Leiden DVD in a charity shop and paid one whole English pound for it and my life changed-not straight away-it took me a while to appreciate what was happening. I started to research and the more I learned and understood the workings and personalities within the group I became hooked. I love the music, the voices, the arrangements. But most of all I love the way this music makes me feel. Sometimes happy and sometimes delightfully melancholic and tearful and sometimes totally euphoric, but always appreciative of these amazing boys and the people behind the scenes who make it all happen. I love that the voices are always spot on and that the boys personalities are allowed to come through in their singing. I also love that they are not too sleek in their presentation. That they bump into each other and trip over things and that sometimes they have to elbow their way into their spaces when not enough room has been left by other boys, that they are allowed to be human, allowed to be BOYS. I have studied the three official video releases as well as spending hours poring over blurry YouTube videos and I believed that they could never sound so good “live” and that bum notes and wobbles had all been ironed out in the post-production process and so I didn't bother getting tickets for the 2017 Ely... After being blown away by the “Hope” album, I decided that I would throw caution to the wind and try to get to see the group. And I Did! The 12th of May 2018 is burned on my soul and will be there forever. The show was perfection, utterly, totally. This is not a review, I leave that to other, better writers. But suffice to say that in 40 odd years of concert going, Libera is the best live act I have ever seen or heard. My life has c

Libera, thank you so much for such a superb concert at Ely Cathedral, I enjoyed it immensely this is my fourth. This year I was so lucky in as I was having a tour in the cathedral at the time and saw all the hard work that goes on in the back ground, to get you ready for the concert and to top it all I got to see the rehearsal and sound check all contributed to make it such a superb day, I cant wait for the Christmas concert I hope it is in Westminster Cathedral again, that was such a superb venue last year. All the best for your upcoming summer tour in the States.

We attended our first concert to see you at Ely Cathedral on 12th May 2018. We have loved your singing for years but never had the opportunity to see you in concert. What a treat it was. It was magnificent to see you and hear your beautiful voices, harmonies and arrangements. Thank you for all your hard work and a big thank you to Robert Prizeman who is just amazing. Please come back to Ely Cathedral next year, if we can wait that long!

My wife Janet and I attended your concert at Ely Cathedral on 12th May 2018, mere words cannot describe how truly wonderful it was. We would like to thank all at Libera . We would also like to thank the parents for giving their time to bring to us these amazing boys. .This was our first live Libera concert hopefully the first of many. The boys are exceptional considering their tender ages. We are now ardent fans. Thank you again for a fantastic evening. ps would like to see Libera at Peterborough Cathedral maybe one day.

I am French. I don't no speak English very well. I remember my English from my college in Blois (France) in ... 1952. My English have 66 year ! I want said THANK YOU to LIBERA. I have discovered LIBERA in internet with the video LIBERA IN CONCERT. With the first song GOING HOME now I know the young singer Joshua Madine, and his friends Ben Phillips and Tom Cully. I want said THANK YOU to Joshua, Ben, Tom, and all their friends in this video during 1 H.14. For me all this boys are angels coming from the paradise. In internet the logo of LIBERA said : "Discover the celestial sounds of these international boys singers". This is the reality. For me the voice of this young singers is coming from the sky. Thank you to LIBERA. Thank you to Joshua, Ben, Tom, and all. With your voice my old heart now is "going home", is going to the Paradise. sergemazzuoli@hotmail.fr Blois (France) 02 May 2018.

Hi Libera, when I was in college in China, my Latin prof. showed us your video of the song "Adoramus". Just so touching. Now I'm reviewing my Latin in the US, and figured out I can totally understand the Latin part in Adoramus now! Got the impulse that I have to share this with you.
