WOW! To Libera - the singers, instrumentalists, director, et al., please accept my thanks for a most pleasant and serene ending of a day. What went before was somewhat frenetic and busy, what with my own church choir’s rehearsal at 2:30 pm for an amazing concert at 4:30 pm that got out at 6:00 pm. (Our choir has been on international tours, including England). Although I didn’t have a ticket, I decided to go on spec. I jumped in the car and after much frantic circling about (Islington Ave. and Burnhamthorpe Road intersect – NOT!), I arrived to find a huge lineup and so many people already sitting inside that it looked like the scene of some big pop star’s appearance. With your first note, all the hustle and bustle of the day fell away and I was transported to another place; I got quite mellow actually, and drove away with a smile on my face, playing one of your CD’s. You guys are fine, mighty fine! Cheers, and stay healthy guys, “fine Canadian cuisine” aside.- Margaret, a fan
